We worked with Brad Ramsey at FNC Bank in Dalton on our construction loan. Brad was very knowledgeable and very prompt and dedicated to servicing us. Anytime we had a question or a need, Brad was immediate in reaching out to us and helping. He walked us through each step of the construction loan process and ensured it was hassle free. I would definitely recommend Brad for any of your loan needs and will be using him in the future.
Incredible customer service! In a day when finding people willing to go the extra mile is less prevalent, the effort put forth by all the employees at this bank is awesome! There are many friendly helpful staff here but today Stacy gets a special shout out. She went above and beyond in reconstructing some "partially" digested currency (I might be understating the partial part) so it could be replaced with fresh "whole" currency. Stacy is my employee of the year. THIS locally owned bank, and their staff, rock!
