I’ve not really had any issues other than they don’t have programs like plaid to verify my accounts with several institutions. It’s so frustrating because even pecos county state bank has this feature but not this bank which I considered better.

This bank has rude bank teller i think her name was edia and the president off the bank
Don't bother calling this bank for what ever you need. They never answer the phone. What you do get is a answering machine that when you press the numer to talk to tellers or book keeping you get a no service or no one is available. Why even have a answering machine why even have a phone number to the bank.
