Staff is amazing
Would not do a $10 cash exchange even though I have been cashing checks here for 2 years.
They somehow constantly "misplace" crucial information, for example confirming SSN before an exchange and then the next time not having SSN on file which raises concerns about security and organization. Don't bank here.
I’ve not really had any issues other than they don’t have programs like plaid to verify my accounts with several institutions. It’s so frustrating because even pecos county state bank has this feature but not this bank which I considered better.
