Drive thru service sucks. I literally was told to wait for a minute and sat there while they halted 3 people that pulled up after me. Called again and was again told to wait. Went in and all I got was we are busy. Poor customer service.
Just hand over your card; access money needed. Nice customer drive, and offer your dog a treat.
Employees are very nice. No one anywhere in the bank organization could tell me how someone got access to my account number. Just made excuses.
