FNB of Pierre, I banked with a branch in Greeley CO. for a good 8 years, Aug. of 2023 I notice my debit card expires, in AUG. I say to myself, they will surely send a new one, low and behold on Sept. 2, 2023 a new card in the mailbox...HAHAHA, there is a note that says do not activate until Sept 11, 2023, What!, the old card does not work as it is expired and the new one cannot be activated. (Labor Day Weekend) I call finally on the 5th due to the holiday and am told to wait it out, it is only 6 more days. Horrible, changing... read more
