Every time I come in here, the ladies are terribly rude! Recently, I came in & was asked to wait for the next available person. The lady I spoke with called back to talk to whoever & I could hear her talking. "I don't know, some young girl.. she didn't want to start the paperwork... I don't know & neither does she."
