Service dropped dramatically when First National Bank bought OBA. I tend to use the drive-thru because it's supposed to be faster, but lately, you end up sitting in your car with no updates or acknowledgement for 10 to 20 minutes or more. The last time I tried cashing a check I waited in my car for 15 minutes, then went inside to find out what the problem was. Big Shout out to Anjani Pachai- Jaigobin (Angie), She is great banker, Great customer oriented approach, If google have option of 10000 star rating she deserves it, She is helping me in HELOC and lots of other financial wellness she have made me aware. Effective and immediate in response and very great in explaining financial terms, in easy and understandable to person with zero finches background.
This bank charges you $37 for every overdraft and then $12 every week until you deposit more money. They don't call or text you to inform you about this.
