My experience with and my opinion of FNB has fallen somewhat,due to one or 2 employees that will butt in when I am explaining something or are non-responsive and make noises like "mmm" instead of actually saying something helpful.Also there needs to be an emergency contact after hours and on weekends and holidays and this needs to be a person who can actually access your account--not just the fraud center that doesn't know if your money is there or not.Also,FNB needs to update its debit cards with microchips that will preven... read more
