Nice people work here, but I have had far too many problems with Sunflower (aka First National 1870) bank. Their limits on Zelle and external transfers are very restrictive, and they have placed long holds on transfers to external accounts. Recently I was assured by customer service that a Zelle transfer would not go through the recipient had not registered, and I verified with the recipient that he would not register, so I found another way to make that transfer. Needed a Notary and our local First National Bank in Eldorado was kind enough to provide me this service WITHOUT having an account with their bank. Julia, the Notary at the bank, was incredibly nice, professional, helpful, and fast. This is one of the few local banks in the area that has staff, a drive-thru, and offers the same services as the larger banks. Their customer service is excellent.
