I like the local bank. However the parent company Sunflower Bank, has serious problems with their online banking. For years I have struggled with just logging into the app or by browser. It sends me in a perpetual loop of sending me to a closing session page with a message that I can log back in. I was able to get a different response today on my Firefox browser but I had to verify because I’m on a different internet connection. Employee is hostile and uneducated of basic US constitutional rights.
I always have such an easy and pleasant time here. I appreciate the staff, especially Bethany who is always so sweet, and everyone else.
I have been a customer with them for almost 20 years. I am very happy with their services. Since I live abroad I prefer to communicate with them by email and to open or to renew my account online. Arriana has been very helpful to me and always replied my email quickly and solve my problems timely and patiently. I highly recommend this bank.
