Everytime I go into this bank the Employees treat me with the kind of old fashioned respect and courtesy that has become all too uncommon today. Karina and Alicia were very helpful today.
Always having issues with this bank. They froze my account over a 10$ ach amount over the 4th of July weekend with no one to speak to. No ATMs. Most of the employees seem to hate their jobs. Turnover is insanely high. Tired of the issues been with them for 10 years and what a joke.
The staff at the Jefferson location are very friendly and are always cheerful. They will greet you immediately. Alicia and Chris are always knowledgeable and great to ask about financial advice. All the ladies are also very kind and efficient! The branch staff is also very professional.
I wanted to cash a check from a business that written from this bank. They wanted to charge me $8. Ludicrous! The staff, condescending. I am sure she has heard it before, I know isn't her policy. Still!!! What happened to good old fashioned customer service? For a $250 check they want $8 "for the service" lol! What service??? Just a way for them to play the float! This was at the location on Jefferson in Albuquerque.
I had a great experience with First National. I had to use a notary and Alicia Grossklas was great! She was very friendly and answered all the questions I had!!! Will use again in the future.
