Went to withdraw money from my checking account and the teller was degrading and rude I gave my license as my I d and was told that next time I would have to go inside I guess the tellers don't want to deal with the drive up . Perhaps they are ....

I was in the near by walmart and saw First Convenience Bank in their store. I asked them to break a $20, and to my amazement, they declined, since i did not have an account there. 😠😠😠😠. However, i stopped at this bank and Cody 😁😁😁😁, could not of been more helpful. Was impressed and noticed how clean and well kept this bank was. May have to do more banking there.☆☆☆☆☆.

They are really friendly and helpful here. They helped even though they didn't have to. I don't even have a bank account here but they still gave me great customer service. Thanks!
