I'm surprised by the poor reviews, they mostly seem to be about online banking. I do all my banking inside at this branch and find the service to be really excellent
I highly recommend to stay far away from here. The worst banking experience in Santa Fe. Many issues, but most recently made me post a review and hope others will find another bank. I recently had a fraudulent purchase made on my debit card from an online store. I asked the bank for stop payment or to stop it period. I did not make this purchase. Since your merger, it has been extremely frustrating to bank online. I am very unhappy with your service! I have 2 accounts with you and I have been locked out four times. I have had to go to go the branch itself for help four times. I am very disappointed with your service. It is very inefficient. I am considering switching my account to Century Bank.
