This bank branch is closing my account because I refuse to provide them with information they want that is illegal for them to ask for and collect. After being a loyal customer for over 14 years. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I was in your bank on Cerrillos today and there was no one in the lobby to help me. You had two people on staff and they were both tied up with customers. after waiting 20 minutes and still no help, I left. I am very disappointed with your service since sunflower took over. You closed locations and cut back staff. Does customer service no longer exist? or do you just not care?
I always get the best customer service from gayle. Whenever i go to the branch i always look for her to help me.
I am new to the area and needed to open a bank account. Gayle was able to help me, answers all questions needed.
