I have asked for my bank statements to be emailed twice and I still have not received them. This bank is a joke and this is why I opened a bank account with FirstBank.

I was on vacation with my wife and we camped near Leadville for about a week. I use cash on trips to help with budgeting. Instead of taking lots of smaller bills, I take bigger bills and exchange them at a bank as needed. After a couple of days I went into First Mountain and swapped two hundreds for twenties. My wife and I bought a motel in Leadville called the Timberline. We had great help from both Nikki and Peleg getting our business set up, and everyone else has been very nice and helpful as well. Looking forward to building a long relationship with First Mountain Bank!

I tried to open up a bank account and Sierra attended me and was extremely rude. She was completely disrespectful. When I would ask a question she would ignore me. You lost a customer. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. You guys need better customer service.
