This company is horrible. No customer service skills at all! Lenders do not let you know what is going on, my husband and I waited 4 days and we STILL had not heard how much we could borrow for a first time home buyer loan. I emailed the branch manager about the unsatisfactory service, she read my email ( i got a confirmation in my outlook ) but NEVER once replied to it.
