My experience with FMCL was a number of years ago around 2019 and it was as a lender not a borrower.The experience with them was only positive. I was involved in two private lending investments and both went without issues. I found them very professional and accommodating. They discharged their duty to me as a private investor without error and at no point did they give me reason to question their legitimacy and integrity. I do notice that some borrowers had negative experiences where obviously things went bad, unfortunate.
Absolutely predatory lenders. Do yourself a favour and don't use them. The only reason they're getting one star from me is because Google won't let me post with zero stars. They nearly destroyed my family.
Predatory lenders, tried to forcefully remove family friends of ours with 2 special needs children from their home, even after repossessing property from the family worth 2/3x the amount of the inital loan. This isnt right, these people have been re imbursed for their loan with maybe an additional 200-300%!!! Potential customers need to know, look elsewhere and avoid.
