Penn Street Mortgage was amazing to work with during the purchase of our new home. We worked with John Carlson and he was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but working with John/Penn Street made the financing side the easiest part. These guys are great! Everything went smooth and right on time. Very professional. Not having bought a home in many years I was not familiar with the process or paperwork - no problem. I highly recommend working with John Carlson on a home mortgage. As a first time homeowner, i had zero knowledge going into it and John was kind enough to answer my many questions without making me feel like an idiot.
