My low rating has nothing to do with the customer service as the people are incredibly nice, professional and willing to help. Small town bank with good customer service. Receiving the personal, local touch I have been looking for
I had an account here already and recently added a business account. They were so helpful in making the process smooth. They answered all my questions and it was easy to get them on the phone or meet in person to figure out the ins and outs of business banking.
I was going to choose this bank as my new local banking institution after moving back to MT (lived here as a kid), and immediately changed my mind once I discovered that no branch of it is open AT ALL on saturdays. American banks are an embarrassment to their peers in the whole of the developed world enough as it is, but one that isn't open on saturdays does not deserve anyone business (or to even be IN business) in this century.
