For a small local bank they have been awesome to do business with. I have had a few medical issue that led me to overdraft a few times. Of course there is a financial penalty but they work with a client and have great understanding of the circumstances that have brought the overdraft on. I thank them kindly.

My low rating has nothing to do with the customer service as the people are incredibly nice, professional and willing to help.
