This bank is excellent. I use it for my multiple businesses and they have exceeded expectations at every turn. I've been in this branch hundreds of times and never experienced any of the items noted on the couple negative reviews posted. It seems like there may have been malice with those, but who knows. If you want a bank that understands business needs and excels at service, then First Montana Bank is for you. I have nothing but good to say about this bank.

We’ve moved but we still use this bank. The people who work here were always friendly and polite whenever we came. They had cookies and some snacks that my kids enjoyed. We never had to wait long and when we did have some issues, they were always resolved. The tellers knew our names, they’re just wonderful, and they genuinely care about any concerns their clients may have. We loved this bank and we miss going in here.

I have nothing but great things to say about First Montana Bank! They have been with me since the day I started my business 14 years ago and I appreciate their willingness to work with a young small business owner like myself! I always highly recommend them!

So the tellers are friendly but don't know anything. Always having to wait for a manger to solve my problems when I came to make a deposit or transfer. Also the ATM is always down after hours when I try to use my card.
