Went in to cash a check and the lady was really nice and didn't take long to notice me waiting to be helped.

In my opinion these people are nothing short of IDIOTS, LIARS, and THIEVES. I cashed a check with them as an account holder just to be told it wouldn’t be usable until the next day. That’s fine, I may have things I need to use my money on but that’s fine. I got updated on the mobile banking app that my money was in my account, “great” I thought, “they were wrong and I got it earlier” I said to myself with unfettered glee.
