I went to this branch this morning to cash a check written by a First Missouri State Bank account holder. First, the employees were late for work and the bank opened 7 minutes late while I sat in the parking lot calling and watching them arrive. Then the employee on the phone told me the check could be cashed and what I needed to bring in with me so I entered the lobby and was told it wasn’t possible. Very unprofessional.
