Do not Trust this bail bonds! Mrs Fenton does not fill out paper work properly and will lie to you about it. I was promised over $2,000 for my return after having charges dismissed and upon reading my paperwork, she did not fill out most of the paperwork properly to receive my refund. Claims it is in the courts hands and pretends to act like it is the truth. After doing business with her, she will ignore your phone calls and emails. Also smelled like Marijuana in her establishment. I do Not recommend this establishment
I believe i was lied to! I was Promised that I would be entitled to a refund after the case was dismissed. Mrs. Fenton did not file the paperwork correctly and left out the information that was in regard to the refund. Has not returned calls or emails to handle the matter. I will not be recommending this establishment to the public do to her Unreliability!
The young lady that answered the phone was so very very helpful.. I called 21 other bondsman before her trying to get help cuz my phone got broken by the Apopka cops during my arrest and I had no phone or phone numbers so I could call ...and she went above and beyond the call of duty after I told her what I needed and how to contact people she did just that for me .....you know the other bondsman wouldn't do even that... Love the woman, so well informed and experienced. We used her from out of state and i appreciated her help, directions and kindness.
She takes your information like she is going to help but then never does it says 24 hour bail bonds but she never picks up only once to take your information and then never talk to you again 🤔 make that make sense lady but don't worry I'm sure this review will help lots of people to never call you or give you there information I'm sure you are using my information for your own benefits
