If you would have asked me in the beginning of my refi process I would have had a much higher review. Shauni does a great job to get you hooked in BUT never follows through with promises and doesn't communicate during the process with the customer or within her internal organization. It's a major cluster. Promises never kept and questions along the way never answered. I wish I could have given higher reviews because it's not my style to slam someone. Beware.
