This location was shut down months ago, and now it's just an ATM. I second the sentiments about it since it's been bought out. When it was First Midwest, it was amazing. Since becoming Old National, it's terrible at a corporate level. I'm now forced to go to downtown Galesburg to bank, and the only good employee I still encounter is one of the holdovers from First Midwest. I've had nothing but frustration and problems since they completely closed the Knoxville branch.
Update: sadly this formerly good, customer-oriented bank has been taken over by a big corporation that is charging great amounts of money for what used to be free or inexpensive services. While the branch employees are still great, their hours keep getting cut and now they are closing this branch. Bank elsewhere. This company is not at all concerned with the customer.
