*update 12/30 : they throw out old food in the bushes.. Bank Teller from the drive through annex location in white SUV is back to parking in Jewel curbside spot. She did take a break for a few weeks but started again.
12/31/23 This deserves an update. We have become comfortable with Old National. I like the tellers; everyone is friendly and helpful. It was a rough transition from First Midwest to Old National, but all the kinks got worked out. No complaints these days!! 07/13/22 Old National Bank Review: First Midwest Bank merged with Old National Bank on 7/11/22. The merger has been a disaster for the clients of First Midwest Bank! I needed help with my frozen account. After playing phone tag for a whole day with customer support and the legal department I went to the Munster branch for help. Cinthia Chavez went above and beyond. She helped me get a hold of people and straighten the whole thing out. Best customer service ever. I highly recommend this personal banker
Nothing but trouble since the merger. First Midwest was awesome.
