Great bank and people
Drive thru was simple
Long long lines, deposit tickets and withdrawals are now at the teller. Everyone must wait in line while the tickets are filled out. They have a rep at the door who when asked why the tickets were moved, said they are working on their procedures 🤪
This bank is a huge building with very few employees. They are understaffed and during the middle of the day there is possibly over an hour wait for sitting down with a banker. There are multiple cubicles with name plates, but only 1 person seems to be working here in the cubicles. It makes no sense. They don't take appointments either. Every interaction I have had (3) within the last few months have been frustrating and staff seems very cold.
