Wonderful bank! Even when I had to close my account due to moving, they were helpful and kind.
This bank is an absolute joke! My debit card has been hacked at least 3 times since they changed from First Midwest. Today, I found that my card got hacked again, so I am left with no money at all. Asked for a provisional credit, which they have done before and was refused. They are filing a dispute which could take 5 to 7 days. So, basically I am being told...oh well.
