The teller refused to cash a $200 check I wrote to my cousin, even though he had a state ID and the same last name and an address directly next door to me on the checks. The teller refused to call me to verify I wrote the check out to him. The Old National Bank in Bridgeview always cashes the same checks. The teller was a complete jerk and I will be closing both of my accounts I had with Old National for 18 years
Impossible to get help. Always pretending they are victims. Sad worthless bunch. Period..I am pulling everything out
