This location consistently exhibits stellar service and personally greets us each time we come. The window teller today patiently assisted us with a fraud issue and offered helpful options then the personal banker Cliff B. actually came outside to assist with an atm concern. We love this branch! Mr. and Mrs. Ross.

I was transferred to Karen when I called for Customer Service, it was the nicest customer service interaction I've ever had in my life. I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time. She was incredibly helpful and so sweet! I drove to the branch so she could print me a card and she was the kindest bank employee I've ever interacted with. I'd be delighted to do all my banking with her for the rest of my life. 10/10 experience, Karen deserves to be recognized for making my day and my sister's day :)
