This location is managed really well. The staff are very kind to the group of special needs adults that uses this branch for their banking. They've been in front of me on several occasions now, and the bank staff are just so pleasant and accommodating. This is my favorite FMB location.

I absolutely love our local bank. Everyone there is both friendly & helpful. I have banked with First Midwest for years now and when ever I have had an issue with my account someone here in the Lockport branch has always taken care of the situation or problem.
