The teller called me the n word but was able to keep their job. nice.
My debit card got hacked and I needed a new one. I didn't get there until right before they closed to get a new card. Luckily they hadn't shut the machine down yet. They were so helpful and caring as to my situation. Even staying 20 minutes past closing to help me. Staying professional the whole time. Belinda and the ladies were awesome. I have had the most knowledgeable and pleasant experience with Belinda! I cannot say enough good things about her! Her customer service skills patience and helpfulness goes beyond anything I have ever experienced with a bank! I had so many issues with my account in the past 6 months and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! This lady is a true asset to your team!

I used to receive great service, yet have been disappointed as of late. I stopped by the Salt Lick branch, and the lobby is locked so i was unable to go in and complete my transaction in person, so I head to the commercial drive through. I make my request for $200 of quarters. The teller looks at me oddly and says she's not sure if she can do that. I'm thinking really? Seems like a simple request.
