Paid off my loan, but they won't send me a verification letter via email. They are a bank with dirty business practices and dinosaur-age policies. Their 800 number is also worthless.
Don't get an auto loan from here if you plan on moving out of illinois. We wanted to pay off our principle and interest online but they want us to send a check 2000 miles away to pay it off. Im not sending that big of a check in the mail. Ridiculous i cant pay online in 2026 and interest goes up if I dont pay it off. Should be illegal. RESPONSE TO BANK REPLY: You're 800 number is worthless because you won't update your policies. I still have to send a check through the mail.
