Worthless bank in belvidere. Puts holds on checks that won't clear for over a month. Nobody can give an answer. It's all I dont know. I'll take my 3 commerical accounts elsewhere to a bank that cares about customer service.

I miss Blackhawk bank 😢 First Mid is horrible always having issues with the mobile bank its happening way too often its very annoying..looking to switch to a different bank soon

Once upon a time when it was Black Hawk bank we opened an account for our weeee little lass...... Flash forward to a merger/ buyout and our daughter on the verge of turning 18. We stopped in to add a debit/checking account. I have to say that the blue eyed sphinx that helped us was just what the DR ordered. She explained all the ins and outs to her, about having her first debit card. And the possible pitfalls that come along with failing to be responsible.
