They charge unethical amounts of money monthly for their customers who can’t keep more than 5k in their accounts. Who keeps 5k just sitting in a low interest account? Also why are we taking more money from lower income people? Just wrong.

Unbelievable how two checks get deposited into my account then disappear the next day. Said my funds would be available Monday and they're not. So i walk in the location to get to the bottom of it and i get attitude. As soon as i got my money i closed my account and now they claim i owe them $3000 because i took out more than what was in my account. So i go into the bank to have them explain it to me, first it was 1000, then 3000, then 2500 and the number keeps changing. They claim i owe $2000 so i now know they stole $1000 ... read more
