App is always messed up or not working.Alot of issues with dealing with the bank since they took over
Always always down time getting sick of it. What if emergency happens can’t get to my money not good can’t pay bills on time either need new bank with less problems.
Always pleasant and helpful staff. I’ve been coming since it was Blackhawk Bank. I think the transition was smooth on the customer side. I’m sure it was challenging on the teams side but they didn’t let it affect their service.
I’ve always had a great experience with this bank, everyone is so kind especially Juana. She’s very welcoming and helpful and has always helped me. Best bank by far!
