We have been banking here for close to 20 years. Sad to see all of the negative reviews. I my latest visit the assistant manager and a personal banker helped me get a few things done right up to a past closing. They said they were in no rush because they had a bunch of things to do after closing anyway. They were very pleasant and helpful even though you could tell they were stressed out.
