Since this bank took over the previous bank we've had nothing but issues! But an employee by the name of KENDRA takes the cake. My husband called on 8-28-2025 for a loan payoff along with the car dealership. When asked for the name of the person they were speaking to because that's what the loan payoff paper asked for, that person became very rude. I've never had any issue with this location. The service has been great. Like many others, I have had issues with the First Mid app, but never this location.
Terrible service I went in to cash a check they asked from my ID 10 times, literally just to waste time it’s managers at this place that ruin it for everyone and the reason why we charge more when people give out checks because tellers like this make something simple that she should be able to do in 1 minute turn into a 20 minute bank visit that manger has one inch of power and instead of teaching bankers right she decide to play Power Hunger Manager with an attitude couldn’t cash a simple $4500 check next time a customer sa... read more
This place is JOKE, they charge you a fee to have a savings account. fees for ATM also. Had to go in the lobby 5 times to rest my pass word. I pulled out last January and WONT go back. Blackhawk bank was awesome,I miss them !!!!
