I very much miss when it was Blackhawk Bank. Not a local easy to deal with Bank. They have lost a customer

Am new to this bank
I just went to the drive thru and sent my payment in and a few minutes later the tube came back with my receipt for the payment - the person working didn’t say one word, not Hello or Thank you. What great customer service skills they show……
