just wont spend the time and money to provide worthwile service
Loan was bought out by them, doesn’t do online or over the phone payments. I’ve gotten several late fees due to their incompetence to check their mail room for checks by mail. I do not have an account just a loan through them. Update after being sent a link for my online payment. Made payment on the 8th, have confirmation. Transaction never hit my bank so I called on the 13th to confirm they got my payment and when it would hit my bank. Was told everything was paid for and that my next payment is due in September. My card info was used on a Saturday morning for a fraudulent transaction. It is Monday afternoon, and I didn't lose any money and already have my new card. I am so grateful First Mid caught the fraud and shut off my card right away. It took less than 30 minutes in the bank before I walked out with a new card. Thank you First Mid!
