I tried to take money out and they didnt have enough of hand so left. Good experience

Loan was bought out by them, doesn’t do online or over the phone payments. I’ve gotten several late fees due to their incompetence to check their mail room for checks by mail. I do not have an account just a loan through them. Update after being sent a link for my online payment. Made payment on the 8th, have confirmation. Transaction never hit my bank so I called on the 13th to confirm they got my payment and when it would hit my bank. Was told everything was paid for and that my next payment is due in September.
