What a horrible experience. After dealing with a former member of First Mid Bank & Trust (who was great btw!) I was referred to Patrick Bowen to continue the relationship that I had already established to refinance my second investment property. My first property went smooth as every expectation that was set was met. I was told the same expectations with my second property not only in conversation, but documented via email that it will be refinanced at 80% loan to value. I went to this location around 4:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, yes not the best timing because I know people want to go home right at 5. This review is mainly for Heather, who gave me really amazing customer service. She was able to provide what I needed quickly but also with a great attitude. The other two staff working definitely were not interested in helping me. So kudos to Heather!
