Head teller is rude. Will not exchange dollars for change. It's a bank... What's the deal? Bank at lake of the Ozarks. Why am I a member again?
What bank closes at 4? Window and all? No body is even off work at the time! Drove all the way to Osage to cash my check just for them to closed and not habe normal business hours hope you don’t bank here with a 9 to 5 and expect to cash your check to he day you get them ridiculous
People in the bank are helpful and pleasant. That does not make up for having a truly terrible app, terrible online, terrible customer support phone service, terrible debit card functionality. So, many things that make everyday banking virtually impossible. I gave the bank a 2nd chance. But, they are still terrible. The bank will not Zelle. The bank will not do basic wire transfer. The bank messed up my online access. Reset it and within 2 days messed it up again. If I could give zero stars I would.
