Fast service to replace my debit card since the bank in Carmi has a broken machine.
My wife recently had a stroke and I really needed help from her bank which was not my bank. The branch manager named Anna was like an angel and help me navigate the problems that we faced. This woman is a super professional woman and needs to be recognized for the ability to do the right thing and to treat people with respect. She was absolutely wonderful and it reflects highly on this bank branch.
