Absolutely ridiculous. I tried putting in a check online from a computer which I didn’t know you couldn’t do so I got closed off. Apparently it’s “fraudulent activity” even though I told them that it was me. My parents have had their account there for 18 years. There accounts have been hacked multiple times and have both had fraudulent activity and not once has anyone questioned that. But I make one mistake and I have to go and find another bank.
I'm surprised FMB&T was smart enough to figure out how to move from gold to paper money to check then debit cards.
