This is by far the worst bank. Every single interaction is inconvenient. I’ve banked here at this banking center for over a decade and have seen it change hands multiple times. I stayed because it seemed easier to keep my accounts here rather than update all my auto drafts, but I’m officially over it. At this point, it will be less of a hassle to switch banks than to keep dealing with the constant headaches of staying.
Premier Bank was great, but First Mid is INCREDIBLE! They know my name and it's great to be a customer who is known, keep up the good work! I appreciate and absolutely enjoy working with Jonathan, great guy who knows his stuff!
I always love working with FirstMid. I’ve been an account holder with them since before the name change, and I haven’t noticed any drop in service. If you enjoy banking with a local bank where everyone knows your name, this is the place for you. Excellent service, the way banking should be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
