Overall ok but this one lady at the Sullivan branch needs an Attitude check and quickly! If you don’t like people, dealing with the public isn’t for you! One more time to be nasty when I come in there and I’m saying what’s on my mind lady! The taller blonde one!
I have received terrible customer service from this branch. I completely understand there are procedures they have to follow, but to be so terrible when you are dealing with a customer that's been with FM for over 20 years? Three different times I've experienced poor service. I highly recommend the staff complete a training course on how to treat customers. The rudeness from this location has made my decision on closing all three of my accounts and going elsewhere.
Love using this branch. Excellent customer service always. The Bank Ladies here are super awesome!
