Don't do business with this company they are not willing to work with you when you hit a hardship in life they would rather take you to civil court and triple the amount owed then to be willing to work something out. Beware of this company!!
Im a good paying customer an rude employe call me trying charge me a late fee during the ice storm last week and i mailed my payment on time every month call today harrassing me about a late fee of $13 will not do business with them anymore very rude

We have looked into your claim. We reached out to you on the 24th because your payment hadn't made it into our office with a follow up date of 2-26. Once we received your payment we waived the late charge because the mail ran late. You have not been charged a late fee. That is not how we operate our business.
Horrible institution!!! Only cares about making money not employees or customers
Do not use this company. My loan was paid off 2 years ago. A year later (this past summer), their attorney calls me to pay my final balance of $60 something. They call me today asking me when I'm coming in to make a payment. I told them I haven't had a balance with them in over a year. She says Oh...I tell her since I have them on the phone I need them to update that on my credit report to show a $0 balance, which I've asked them to do 3 times now.
