The ladies that work at this bank are so rude,,every single time we go in there,,but hands down to the two guys that work the drive thur on Saturday, they are kind,and act like they really enjoy there job
Been with first metro for years on years on years. Havent really had msny issues with them. Only complaint i have is one specific lady idk her name but she acts like shes never had a good day in her life. U can tell she definitely doesnt wanna work and she really dont care. Stopped going to the Cloverdale location cuz she was by far the slowest and most unprofessional person.... Bank is ok I guess, every time I got to the drive through to deposit a check it's like the bankers are mad they have to do something for you... at the 3 I've been to. The app is absolutely ridiculous 🙄, I constantly have to re enter my login information 😑 😒, super 👌 annoying they say no restrictions on all their transactions...but I'm constantly getting locked out of my card, because "I used all my swipes".
