A very unhelpful and worthless bank
Marvin has been excellent! He helped us out on multiple different occasions, some complicated requiring extra work and him making calls to the mortgage company and digging into it until its solved. He has great communication skills and a strong work ethic, he is polite and professional.
Megan is so helpful and kind! She goes above and beyond!
This is the worst bank I have ever chose to bank with, everytime I reach out to customer service they are of no service, they can never help with any of my concerns. Their answer is always I’m sorry i can’t help with that. You would think you would want to help your customers stay loyal customers, especially in this failing economy. I have never once been able to get any resolution when i reach out to customer service
