Whoever I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and just hung up on me. I was trying to dispute a charge that I could not access my money because my account was locked and I tried explaining to her that there is no way for me to get back into my account and i already spoke with the company. But Im not sure who I talked to, but I would never speak like that to anyone. If you hate your job just work somewhere else.
I love the Temperance branch! Everyone who works there is kind, courteous, helpful and friendly! Brooke Yagley has helped me so much!
Would rather give zero stars. Teller for the drive thru was condescending and rude! Would not recommend!
Katrina was incredibly rude. So many fees with first merchants. Old banking mentality. I’d recommend an institute that actually wants to out people first with policies. 0 stars
