I have never had a problem at this bank. Fast, polite service. I've been there many times. People should be specific when they have a complaint.
While First Merchants Bank’s brick and mortar locations are exceptional, their website and personal and business apps are terrible. On top of the fact that they’re antiquated and clunky, I can’t even access them half the time because I get an error message saying, “We’re sorry but we’re unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I’m considering switching banks because they don’t seem to be in any hurry to update or fix them.
