I normally love my bank that I’ve been with for at least 6 years and have always loved the people besides Doug. Everyone else has always been helpful and kind , he never really has a friendly welcoming personality pretty bland person . He claimed he couldn’t fix an issue I had and wasn’t very friendly about it ether way but when I spoke to another person a manager Kim , the issue was easily fixed within 5min and got the overdraft refund back . We are so happy with this bank! Even when we go to different branches in town they always treat us like valued customers. They have a diverse staff and are so friendly each time we stop in. Our business and personal banking needs are well met with First Merchants! Sonal Patel was particularly helpful today.
Absolutely amazing service from Jacob Loveless! He was quick and efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my account was working the way it should, even on a Saturday! Thank you!
