Sam is awesome!. She is so helpful anytime I have had to go into the bank about a problem. I am so glad that she works in the Monticello office. All of the tellers are great. Everyone is so friendly. I do think you need to have mood music playing only for a little bit more privacy since it’s a big area where you’re being waited on. Thank you for always being kind along with professional.
