Great staff!!!!
To be honest, I have had challenges with First Merchants Bank through the transition from AASB (which we adored and still miss) to Level One to First Merchants - But, I will say the key people on site at the Maple Rd location of First Merchants in Ann Arbor are in a league of their own - exceptionally kind, competent and knowledgeable - Including, but not limited to Walker, Kristin (sp?), Ray and Michelle - They have all worked hard to resolve any issues that have come up for our personal and business banking accounts and ve... read more
Nice drive through newly remodeled love this one
Level one was good, but FMB has been nothing but trouble from day one. This was a downgrade, about to switch banks asap EDIT: Switched to chase and couldn't be happier!
