this is the most friendly bank in town I mean they’re all pretty friendly when they have your money but these guys know my name my company name the greet me I feel happy when I walk into the First Merchant Bank on Woodward and big Beaver
The slowest bank in America. Their atms are super slow. Every transaction, weather inside at the counter, or in the drive through, they are at a minimum twice as long to complete as my 2 other banks. Usually more. I got stuck here due to direct deposit and was an original level one customer. I’ve been moving my re occurring stuff to a different bank so I can close this nonsense
